On Tuesday evening of this week, we will have our monthly Parent-Teacher Team (PTT) Meeting. Please come out and support our school at this meeting. We will meet at 6PM in the Media Center.
Parent Conferences should be scheduled soon if they have not already. Teachers will be contacting you for a Parent Teacher Conference either by phone, Google Meet or in person, however it is best for you to attend.
Our Trunk or Treat festival is being planned for October 18th. We need parents to reserve a spot for your vehicle to be decorated in the festival and donations of candy for the kids. Ms. Brewer, our PE Teacher, is leading with this. Please let the school know if you wish to participate. You can also contact Ms. Brewer Directly through email at tmbrewer@ncpschools.net.
We have a new Exclusion date set for immunizations. The new date is set for October 16 for students not up to date on their Immunizations. If an appointment has been set for a physical, you can submit that date and your child can remain at school until the date of the appointment. Please bring in the appointment card for verification.
Our nurse will begin screening first grade students for hearing and vision this week. Please send a written note signed if you wish for your child to OPT OUT of this screening Monday Morning.
Our Candyman fundraiser was a success. Thanks for your participation in helping our school. Our Main Event Celebration will be this Thursday afternoon for eligible students. Student who did not participate in the fundraiser will be celebrating with alternative activities on Thursday.
